Created by Philosopher Foods founder Tim in a California co-op, Gut Nuts were born from the belief that food should do more than fill you up, nourish your system, and the environment. Nuts are a naturally regenerative crop - meaning they benefit the environment and the ecosystem they’re a part of. Nuts use less water than other fruiting crops, and planting more trees in their natural habitat supports local ecosystems.Â
