Review times: My review has been in “Pending” for a few days, what’s going on? When will it be approved?

If you find that your reviews status has been in the “Pending” stage for a few days, not to worry! While rare, our system can sometimes be a bit backed up due to an influx of reviews received. Pending periods can take 24 business hours, however during these influx periods, can be between 3-5 business days. Rest assured, once your review is up in the queue, the approval and dispensing of Natura Cash (if the review is eligible) is automatic! You can sign up in your Account to receive email notifications once your reviews are approved.
