Patagonia is all about building a better food future. One rooted in regeneration, sustainability, and respect for nature. From regeneratively grown grains to responsibly sourced seafood, every product is thoughtfully made to nourish both people and the planet. Because if we’re going to take from the land, we should be giving back to it as well.
Whether you’re heading out hiking or just packing a clean organic lunch, these are snacks and staples you can feel great about. Because when food is grown right, everyone benefits - you & mother earth included.
Patagonia Provisions isn’t just rethinking what we eat. It’s reimagining how food is grown, harvested, and shared.Â
Created by Patagonia to bring their environmental values to the plate, this brand is on a mission to repair the broken food system by supporting practices that restore soil, protect oceans, and strengthen communities. It's a bold goal, and they’re tackling it head-on with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, deep partnerships, and a serious commitment to regenerative agriculture.
Their approach begins on land and sea. Through the Regenerative Organic Alliance, Patagonia Provisions has helped pioneer the global movement for regenerative farming. They’ve transitioned over 170 acres to ROC (Regenerative Organic Certified) farmland, working with perennial grain that naturally improves soil health, reduces erosion, and sequesters carbon. These aren’t just fancy buzzwords. They’re the foundation of delicious, nutrient-rich foods that actually give back to the earth they come from.
At sea, Patagonia Provisions supports fishing practices that prioritize ocean health. Their wild pink salmon are caught using reef nets that nearly eliminate bycatch. Their mackerel and anchovies are sourced from carefully monitored fisheries, and their farmed mussels do double duty; feeding people while filtering and improving surrounding ocean waters they’re cultivated in. It’s seafood with a clearer conscience and full transparency.
Even beyond farming and fishing, the brand puts its values into every detail. They’re a Certified B Corp, a 1% for the Planet member, and use recyclable, minimal packaging wherever possible. Their partnerships support small-scale farmers, Indigenous harvesters, and conservation groups working to make food more equitable, more sustainable, and more restorative. For Patagonia, sustainability isn’t an afterthought tacked on to make their brand look good. Conservation is at the forefront of everything they do, meant to change the food industry for the better.
Patagonia Provisions proves that food can be a solution, not a problem. Every bite helps shift the system toward something better. This is more than just good food. It’s food that does good.
