Product is shipped in an insulated package with a frozen gel pack. It starts out frozen but will thaw during transit. It is not meant to arrive frozen, but protected from the elements during travel so as to be in good condition upon delivery. Tortillas must be FROZEN upon arrival if not consumed immediately.
