
High-Protein Mac and Cheese Bake
This healthier high-protein mac and cheese bake is the ultimate comfort food upgrade. Made with Goodles protein mac and cheese plus hidden veggies, melty cheese, and a crispy breadcrumb topping, it’s a cozy family-friendly dinner packed with flavour and protein.

Ingredients:
- 2 boxes Goodles Protein Mac And Cheese White Cheddar Shella Good, 170g
- 1/2 cup milk, divided (1/4 cup per box of Goodles)
- 2 small zucchinis, finely diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1-2 tbsp olive or avocado oil, to grease dishpan and extra to drizzle over mac and cheese before baking
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Breadcrumbs, to top
Directions:
- To a medium-sized frying pan, saute your zucchini for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Add in frozen peas and spinach and saute for another 10 minutes until fully cooked. Add a bit of water as needed. Once cooked, set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook two boxes of Goodles Protein Mac And Cheese as directed on the packaging.
- Once cooked, drain the pasta, add it back to your pot and pour in milk, the cheese packet and a bit of butter. Mix to combine.
- Coat a baking dish in oil, then pour in half of the cooked mac and cheese.
- Add your cooked vegetables and the remainder of your pasta. Stir until evenly combined.
- Top with extra cheese and breadcrumbs, then place in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes.
- Once baked, turn your oven on broil for 1-2 minutes to make the top golden and crispy. Keep an eye on the mac and cheese so it does not burn!
- Remove from the oven, let cool and enjoy!
