I made a mistake on my shipping address, but my order is shipped, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team right away at info@naturamarket.ca., the sooner we know about the situation, the better chance we have so that we can potentially circumvent a misdelivered parcel. Kindly note, if your order is already shipped, we as the shipper, are the only ones who can change/modify a delivery address or redirection. Please do not contact the third-party courier.
