The only thing better than a morning cup of joe is a little taste of this berrylicious keto breakfast smoothie. A fruit-packed blend of frozen berries, almond milk, and a few secret ingredients will get your day off to the right start.

Yields: 2 servings



- 1 cup frozen mixed berries

- 1 cup almond milk

- ¾ cup water

- ½ cup ice

- 2 tablespoons Blueberry Jam

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds



1. Place all the above ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour over two tall glasses with a straw and serve immediately.
