Easy Tijuana Caesar Salad

A twist on the classic Caesar salad! Originating from Tijuana, Mexico this recipe is quick and easy to make. An authentic Caesar Salad that brings all of the flavour with little to no effort. The perfect side salad that will definitely be a family favourite at all of your summer BBQs and backyard dinners!

  • Add garlic cloves, lime juice, anchovy paste, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and the egg yolk to a food processor. Pulse until garlic is fully combined and the mixture is smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil with the processor on low. The oil should be fully incorporated into the mixture.
  • Stir parmesan into the mixture. This is your smooth and delicious Tijuana Caesar dressing! 
  • Drizzle the dressing over lettuce leaves and garnish with croutons.
