Makes 12 macaroons
Ingredients
1 Cup Quick Oats
½ Cup Shredded Coconut
¼ Cup Sesame Seeds, toasted
¼ Teaspoon Salt
½ Sup Soom Foods Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Sweet Tahini
¼ Cup Plant Milk of Choice
2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
¼ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Combine the oats, coconut, toasted sesame seeds, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. In a seperate bowl stir the Soom Foods Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Sweet Tahini, plant milk, and coconut oil together. Pour the tahini mixture over the oat mixture, and mix well until all the oats are covered. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop heaping tablespoons of the cookie dough onto a parchment lined cookie tray. Transfer the tray to the freezer, and allow the cookies to set for at least 15 minutes.
4. Transfer the cookies to a freezer-safe storage container or ziplock bag. Keep in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
