Ingredients
¼ cup Vegan Butter
½ cup Healthy Crunch Vegan White Chocolate Chips
5 Cups Vegan Marshmallows
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Cardamom
½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
8 Heaping Cups Lightly Salted Popcorn
Pinch of Nutmeg
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Add the Healthy Crunch Vegan White Chocolate Chips, marshmallows, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and nutmeg. Stir constantly, until completely melted and smooth — do not let the mixture boil.
2. Slowly fold the popcorn into the marshmallow mixture. Once evenly covered, transfer to a large parchment lined baking dish. Gently press the popcorn mixture into the baking dish to form an even layer. Cover with cling wrap, and set aside at room temperature for at least 2 hours to set.
3. Cut into squares and enjoy.
