Mozzarella & Tomato Summer Salad

Are you ready for a salad that's not just a dish, but a journey through the summer season? With fresh berries, sweet beets, and aromatic basil, this easy mozzarella tomato salad is the epitome of summer! And with a drizzle of Graza's luscious extra virgin olive oil, what could be better?


Serves: 2-4




  1. Slice heirloom tomatoes and sugar beets, and neatly arrange them on a plate–alternating between the two.
  2. Using your hands, gently pull the buffalo mozzarella into pieces and scatter over the salad.
  3. Add prosciutto, basil and berries over top, and finish with a drizzle of Graza Extra Virgin Olive Oil Finishing Oil and a sprinkle of flakey sea salt


Recipe Notes:

  • This recipe is super simple but relies on a good, fresh mozzarella, and exquisite, high-quality extra virgin olive oil. 
  • Use your favourite seasonal fruits, we used beets! But peaches and plums also pair perfectly well.
