Plant-Based Gingerbread Protein Milkshake

Make your spirts (and your workout) bright! This sweet and creamy gingerbread cookie protein shake tastes just like freshly baked gingerbread cookies, and packs in a heaping amount of plant-based protein! All of the fan-tasty flavors of the holiday season, and makes enough to share!


Vegan, Gluten-free

Serves 2


2 Frozen bananas

½ Cup ice

1½ Tablespoons molasses

1 Teaspoon ground ginger

½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ Teaspoon ground nutmeg

Pinch ground clove

4 Tablespoons FanTasty Plant-Based Vanilla Protein

1½ Cups plant-based milk (Try Rise Oat Milk, or Mooala Banana Milk for extra banana flavour!)

For Topping

Coconut whipped cream

Gingerbread sprinkles

Cinnamon Sticks


1. Add the bananas, ice, molasses, spices, and plant milk to a high-speed blender. Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed until completely smooth.

2. Add the FanTasty Plant-Based Vanilla Protein and blend for an additional 30 seconds until a fluffy whipped texture is formed. Top with coconut whipped cream. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick and festive gingerbread sprinkles.
