Triple Chocolate No-Bake Vegan Brownies
There's only one thing we love more than chocolate, and that's triple chocolate! With a blend of dates, pecans and an indulgent mix of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and chocolate protein powder, it’s impossible not to fall in love with these decadent no-bake chocolate brownies!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 2 scoops Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein (Chocolate)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 5 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
FROSTING INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 bars dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor, process pecans until crumbly then add remaining ingredients and pulse until it holds together but not pureed.
- Press into a 9 inch cake pan.
- Chill before serving.
- Gently melt dark chocolate and add in coconut oil and maple syrup. Stir well and pour over brownies. Chill to set.
