
Vegan "Chicken" Salad Sandwich
Forget bland salads— say hello to your new go-to lunchtime favourite. With seasoned vegan chicken, creamy mayo, crisp veggies, all nestled between toasted bread, this isn't just a plant-based chicken sandwich, it's a cluckin' good time!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of vegan chicken style chunks
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 green onion
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Tomato
- Lettuce
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix well to combine. Layer the chicken salad with tomato and lettuce with your favorite bread.
Please note: the chicken style chunks are pre-salted so it is recommended to taste before seasoning further
