Vegan, Dairy-Free, Plant-Based
Makes 24 muffins
Directions:
1 pack of Riley’s Kitchen Organic Baby-Friendly Banana Oat Mini Muffin Mix
1 cup mashed banana
1 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
Directions:
1. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add in the mix and mix all ingredients until combined.
3. Add in the chocolate chunks and mix.
4. Spoon batter into a muffin tin and bake at 375° F for 20-22 minutes. Enjoy!
