Baked Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

What's better than shrimp? Garlic butter shrimp! This dish is so simple, yet so delicious. It's the perfect combination of succulent shrimp, garlic, lemon juice and butter—all baked together in a single pan until it bubbles and browns.

-1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon lemon juice

-salt, pepper to taste

-1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

-1/2 cup melted butter, room temperature

-1/2 cup Graza olive oil 

-2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 360F. Add the shrimp to a large bowl and add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined. 
  2. Add the melted butter and oil. Stir again until evenly coated. 
  3. Pour onto a non-stick baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes (or until the shrimps are fully cooked and the butter oil is bubbling), then remove from oven and top with chopped basil leaves if desired. Serve with bread for dipping!


TIP: Try serving the shrimp over pasta or garlic bread–anything that will help soak up all of that scrumptious sauce!
