Easy Shrimp Summer Rolls

Let's get rollin', people. Summer is here, and it's time to celebrate. These summer rolls are the perfect balance of crisp veggies and juicy shrimp, all wrapped up in a rice paper blanket. Light as a feather but packed with flavour, these rolls are the perfect bite to start any summer day or night.



1 bunch cilantro

1 bunch mint

1 carrot, peeled and julienned  

1 head lettuce

1 cucumber, julienned

1 Pack of King Soba’s Organic White Rice Paper

10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 oz thin rice noodles

Dipping sauce of your choice


Other topping ideas: sesame seeds, avocado, chili crisps, seaweed



  1. Dip the rice paper in warm water for 10-15 seconds, remove it gently, and lay it on a flat surface
  2. Layer your fillings at the bottom edge of the wrap
  3. Fold and roll (just like a burrito!) 
  4. Enjoy with dipping sauce!
