½ cup liquid egg alternative (I used ‘Just Egg’)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 slices Carbonaut gluten-free bread
Vegan butter, for cooking
Cha’s Organics vegan coconut whipped cream, for serving
Strawberries, for serving
Maple syrup, for serving
In a bowl, whisk together the liquid egg alternative, Nutpods coffee cake creamer, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Over medium heat, lightly grease a pan with vegan butter.
Dunk the slices of bread into the liquid mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Transfer to the hot pan, and sprinkle with more cinnamon. Cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve with vegan whipped cream, strawberries, and maple syrup.
