Vegan Peppermint Hot Chocolate

When it comes to winter, there's nothing better than a mug of hot chocolate. This vegan version combines creamy peppermint with rich cacao—just the right combo for chilly nights. With a little bit of sweetness and the aromatic flavour of peppermint, it's the perfect holiday treat!




  1. Simply heat together the milk, cocoa, sugar and chocolate in a pan. Stir for 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks, transfer to a piping bag with a star tip, ready to pipe onto your hot chocolate. You can also just dollop the cream directly onto your chocolate without piping.
  3. Pour the hot chocolate into your mug and pipe on your cream. Finally decorate with peppermint-flavoured marshmallows and enjoy!
