Ingredients
4 ears Sweet corn, husks peeled down or removed
2 teaspoons Avocado oil
2 tablespoons Chosen Foods Caesar Dressing
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese (see note)
4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh chopped parsley, for serving

Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Brush the corn with avocado oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place the corn on the grill, and cook, turning often, until charred on all sides — about 10-12 minutes total.
2. Remove the corn from the grill. Drizzle with Chosen Foods Caesar Dressing, rotating to evenly cover all sides. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness if desired before finishing with a generous amount of fresh chopped parsley and cracked black pepper. Serve warm.
Note: To modify to Dairy-Free, omit the parmesan or substitute with Plant-Based Parmesan
