Makes 4 wraps
Low Carb, Keto
4 tablespoons cream cheese
4 teaspoons pesto
8 slices deli turkey breast
½ cup shredded cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
4 thinly sliced dill pickles (optional)
Lay the wraps on a flat surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each wrap, making sure to cover as much of the surface as possible. Add two slices of turkey breast, shredded cheese, lettuce or spinach, and drizzle generously with ranch dressing (optional) - keeping the layers thin. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Tightly roll the wrap into a tube like shape. Cut into rounds, and secure with blunt, kid-safe skewers. Store in a Full Circle Ziptuck Reusable sandwich bag, and lay flat in a lunchbox or bag.
