Easy Low-Carb Breakfast Tortilla Pizzas

Toss out those cereal boxes and kiss bland oatmeal goodbye because breakfast pizzas are here! We know what you're thinking. Pizza for breakfast? Seriously? Well, we're here to tell you that not only is it serious, it's seriously AMAZING! No matter how you slice it, breakfast never looked or tasted this good!

Ingredients:
4 Tumaro’s Garden Veggie Wraps
½ cup of salsa
2 large eggs
2 cups mexican style shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado, thinly sliced
For topping: hot sauce, cherry tomatoes, pickled onion, cotija cheese, etc


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stack two tortillas and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining 2 tortillas (for 2 pizzas total).

Spread ¼ cup of salsa on each pizza, almost to the edge.

Crack an egg into a small bowl. Carefully pour the egg into the center of the pizza.
