Immune-Boosting Chai Latte

This warming chai latte is filled with immune boosting spices, and is perfectly sweetened with keto-friendly Sweet Like Syrup. It takes a little extra time to prepare, but is definitely worth the wait!

Serves 2



1 cup Almond milk

1 cup Water

4 whole Cloves

4 whole Cardamom pods

4 whole Peppercorns

½ teaspoon Ground turmeric

1 Cinnamon stick

½ tablespoon Minced ginger

2 English Breakfast teabags

1-2 teaspoons GoodGood Sweet Like Syrup, to taste



1. In a small pot, bring the almond milk and water to a low simmer.

2. Add the cloves, cardamom pods, and peppercorns to a mortar and crush them with the pestle. Add the crushed spices to the pot with the turmeric, cinnamon stick, and ginger. Cover with a lid, and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

3. Add the black tea, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Pour into cups, and sweeten with Sweet Like Syrup Maple syrup to taste. Enjoy.
