12 Simple Mills Grain-Free Crackers Sprouted Seed Crackers

1 Can (15 oz) of Chickpeas

1/3 Of a cup of Soom Foods Pure Ground Sesame Tahini

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Cloves of Garlic

½ Of a Medium Tomato

⅕ Of a Red Onion

1.5 oz of Feta Cheese

2 Tsp of Balsamic Vinegar

3 Leaves of Cilantro


Preparation Time: 15 Minutes or less.



  1. Finely dice the tomato, onion, cilantro and feta cheese. Combine in a bowl. 
  2. In a food processor combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic cloves. Pulse until smooth. Spread 1 tbsp of the mixture onto each cracker.
  3. Top each cracker with ½ a teaspoon of the vegetable, herb and cheese mixture.
  4. Drizzle the crackers with 2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
