Ingredients
- 100 Frozen Blueberries
- 100 Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 220 ml Plant-based milk
- 3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
Instructions
- Begin by making the sea moss gel. To do this follow the exact steps outlined on the back of the Plump Gold Irish Sea Moss package.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you find your smoothie is too thick add some more plant-based milk until you have reached your desired consistency.
- Pour into your glasses and enjoy!
