  1. Begin by making the sea moss gel. To do this follow the exact steps outlined on the back of the Plump Gold Irish Sea Moss package.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. If you find your smoothie is too thick add some more plant-based milk until you have reached your desired consistency. 
  4. Pour into your glasses and enjoy!
