Ingredients
1 cup Frozen raspberries
Juice from 1 large navel orange, plus 4 orange slices for garnish
Juice of 1 lime, plus 4 lime slices for garnish
2 teaspoons The Ginger People Ginger Juice, plus more to taste
4 sprigs fresh Mint
4 handfuls Ice
2 475ml cans plain Sparkling mineral water (or any flavour you like)
Instructions
1. Place the frozen raspberries, orange juice, lime juice, and ginger juice into a blender. Blend on high until you have pureed consistency.
2. Pour approximately ¼ cup of the puree into the bottom of each glass, and add the fresh mint sprigs to each. muddle together with a wooden spoon to bring out the flavour of the mint. Add ice, and pour over the sparkling water. Stir to fully incorporate.
3. Serve with orange and lime wedges, adding more ginger juice to taste. You can also add a few drops of stevia liquid sweetener if desired.
