Vegan No Bake Gingerbread Energy Bites

Want to beat the mid-day slupm? Feeling crumby? Have a gingerbread energy bite! This simple, no bake energy ball recipe is here to your rescue! Crispy, soft and delicious. And we won't hear excuses because it's in the season's all-time favourite flavour!! 

 

Vegan, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, High Fiber

 

Recipe:

Makes 12-14

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup dates

1/2 cup mixed nuts

1/4 cup Be Sweet Vegan Honey Substitute 

2 tbsp molasses 

1 tsp ginger powder

 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. 

2. Blend until combined. 

3. Roll mixture into balls and place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to harden. 

4. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
