Plant Based Maple Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients
- 250 ml plant-based milk
- 120 ml coffee
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch allspice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 80 ml plant-based whipping cream
- Handful of Dandies Vegan Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- Simply heat together the milk, coffee, maple syrup and spices for 5 minutes.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks, transfer to a piping bag with a star tip, ready to pipe onto your latte. You can also just dollop the cream directly onto your chocolate without piping.
- Pour the latte mix into your mug and pipe on your cream. Finally decorate with maple flavored marshmallows and enjoy!
