Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

This simple grilled peach with burrata salad is truly a delight to your senses! Beautiful in presentation, fresh in scent, and a delicious combination of flavors to taste, it will take you on a one-way trip to the Mediterranean coast. Topped with Primal Kitchen's Balsamic Vinaigrette, this light and refreshing grilled peaches salad is the perfect appetizer for a backyard dinner!


Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Vegetarian (if modified)


8-Ounce burrata cheese

3 Firm, ripe peaches; pit removed and cut into wedges

4 Cups fresh spring mix

3 Tablespoons Primal Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 Tablespoon hot honey

Sea salt

Ground pepper

Olive Oil

Grilled crostini bread, for serving 


1. Take peaches and coat in olive oil. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper and toss. Add peaches to a heated grill. Grill on one side for 2 minutes, turning over once and grilling the other side for another 2 minutes before removing from the grill before the peaches lose their shape. Set aside to cool slightly.

2. Add spring mix to a serving plate. Place fresh burrata in the middle of the salad and sprinkle salt and pepper. Arrange cooled peaches around the burrata. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette and honey over burrata and peaches.

3. Serve with grilled crostini bread and fresh prosciutto (omit prosciutto if vegetarian). Enjoy!
