1 Packet of Simply Organic Guacamole Mix Sauce
4 Small Slices of smoked salmon
1 Bunch of Cilantro
½ a Lime
1. Add two avocados to a food processor and blend briefly, do not pure it comepletely. Add 1 packet of the Simply Organic Guacamole Mix Sauce and blend.
2. Slice the smoked salmon into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
3. To serve, spread the guacamole on a dish. Layer the smoked salmon on top. Coat with the juice of half a lime.
4. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top and garnish with cilantro.
