Recipe: Serves 2

Ingredients:

6 mini cucumbers

2 green scallions

2 tbsp Momofuku Chili Crunch Oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

2 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Directions:

1. Start by slicing the cucumbers and scallions. Add to a bowl. 

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. Mix and combine!
