Warm Chicken Liver Salad

This warm salad is so simple and so tasty! The sweet and savoury citrus dressing takes it to the next level, while the pine nuts add a nice crunch and makes this salad a masterpiece! It’s an easy recipe that everyone will love.



- ½ lbs Chicken liver 

-1.5 tbsp Cornstarch

-2 tbsp Soy sauce 

-1 tsp Honey

Handful of salad mix

-1 Orange 

-1 tsp Pine nuts



-1 tbsp Orange juice 

-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice 

-1 tbsp Olive oil

-1/3 tbsp Whole grain mustard

-1/2 tsp Honey

-Black pepper



  1. Coat the liver in cornstarch and fry in a pan for about 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the soy sauce and honey and stir until thickened. 
  2. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and it’s ready to be plated with your favourite salad greens!
  3. Segment the orange and add it to the salad. Sprinkle the pine nuts on top and enjoy!
