Holiday Special Gluten-Free Gingerbread Chai Cookies

Recipe:

Makes 10-12

 

Ingredients:

2 tbsp softened coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup 

1 1/2 cup almond flour

1 egg

1 tbsp molasses 

3 tbsp Say When Beverages Dirty Chai Concentrate

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

 

Directions:

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine and mix all wet ingredients.

2. Add dry ingredients except for the monk fruit sweetener.

3. Roll dough into balls and then roll in mock fruit sweetener.

4. Flatten onto a parchment-lined pan and bake at 350°F for 10-13 minutes.

5. Sprinkle more monk fruit sweetener on top if desired. Let cool and enjoy!
