Easy Dubai Chocolate Bar

This rich, no-bake treat layers smooth chocolate with crunchy pistachio butter for a truly indulgent bite. Finished with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios, each bar is as stunning as it is delicious. Made with just five ingredients, it’s a taste of luxury made simple.

Ingredients:
1 tsp smooth pistachio butter, to drizzle in mold before adding melted chocolate
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
1 (227 gram) jar Pistakio pistachio spread, crunchy
Crushed pistachios, to top

Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 25-30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted.
2. Optional: If you have smooth pistachio butter, you can drizzle some in your chocolate mold before adding the melted chocolate to create a design. 
3. Pour enough chocolate into the mold so that it coats the bottom half. Remove any excess chocolate from the mold, then place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. 
4. Once hardened, add in the whole jar of Pistakio crunchy pistachio butter.
Pour over the remaining melted chocolate, then place back in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. 
5. Remove from the mold and top with crushed pistachios before enjoying.
