Aromatic herbs, savoury garlic, and rich ghee from none other than OG Ghee elevates these plump, juicy shrimps to a whole new level! A quick and easy meal that packs a punch of flavour. These shrimp skewers are shrimp-ly irresistable!

Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp (approx 24) peeled and deveined
6 skewers
3 Tablespoons O.G Ghee Garlic & Herb Ghee
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Directions:
Heat the ghee in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, until melted.
In a bowl, add melted ghee, lemon zest, salt, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and parsley together and stir to combine.
Toss garlic and herb mixture with the shrimp, so that shrimp are completely marinated.
Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
Thread the shrimp on the skewers. Make sure to get all the good garlic and herbs from the bowl and spread on to the shrimp.
Heat a grill or grill pan on medium high heat. Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
