Low Carb Cheese Wraps

Have you ever though that the most delicious stuffing of any wrap - cheese - does not have to be only inside of it, it can be on the outside of the wrap. It can be the wrap! Try these super easy to make and enjoyable wraps that do not contain a single carb!

Ingredients (For one cheese wrap)

2 Cheese slices of your choice (havarti, mozzarella, gouda, pepper jack, etc.) 

Plus parchment paper and a rolling pin.

 

Instructions

1. Place one of the cheese slices in the middle of your parchment paper sheet

2. Cut the second one in 4 even strips and place around the first slice, forming a bigger square

3. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and microwave the cheese for 15 seconds. It has to be warm and easy to mold. If you overdo it the cheese will become crisp and not flexible

4. Using a rolling pin, spread the cheese on the sheet in the shape of a tortilla. If you do not have one you can simply use hands and mold the cheese

5. Make as many wraps as you wish and layer them with parchment paper, place in a ziplock bag and keep in the fridge. It rolls better when chilled, if you like to eat it right away, place in the freezer for 5 minutes
