Spiced Carrot and Lentil Soup
Full of lentils and sweet, tender carrots--this hearty soup will warm you from the inside out! Spices give it an aromatic kick, and there’s just a hint of coconut milk for creaminess. It’s sweet and savoury, creamy and spicy, perfect for a chilly night in!

Ingredients
- 2 Carrots grated
- 70 g Red Lentils
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Les Savoureux Organic Sugar-Free Seasoning Spicy Beast
- 200 ml Vegetable Stock
- 80 ml Plant-based milk
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut cream
Instructions
- Begin by heating together the onions and olive oil together in a pan with the carrots, lentils, plant-based milk and stock.
- Simmer for 15 mins, stir and remove from heat once carrots are soft.
- Blend the soup together until smooth and add the spice and mix through.
- Pour into 2 bowls and serve with a drizzle of cream and a pinch more of Franks Spice. Enjoy!
