Easy Plant-Based Poke Bowl

Craving a fast and fish-free poke bowl? This Easy Plant-Based Poke Bowl features WOOP4’s Plant-Based Mahi Mahi for a light, flavourful twist on a takeout favourite. Freshing, satisfying, and totally plant-based.

 

Plant-Based

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp. rice vinegar

2 tsp. toasted sesame oil

1 tsp ginger

Pinch of red pepper, crushed

2 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish 

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds, plus more for garnish

1 box WOOP4 Plant-Based Mahi Mahi

 

For serving:

Cooked white or brown rice

Sliced avocado

Sliced cucumber

Edamame 

Shredded carrots

 

Directions:

1. Cut mahi mahi into large chunks and place in a bowl. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, green onions, and sesame seeds. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.

2. To serve, add rice to the bottom of four bowls. Top with mahi mahi and toppings of your choice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
