24 oz white chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries pieces and/or slices â…“ or more based on preference

Directions:
- Melt your chocolate until completely smooth, either in 30 sec intervals in the microwave, stirring between, or in a heat-proof bowl placed on top of simmering water.
- Pour one-third to half of the white chocolate into a separate bowl and add freeze-dried strawberry powder. Mix until fully combined and a lovely shade of pink.

- Pour the remaining white chocolate over the strawberry chocolate layer on the baking sheet and spread out evenly until the strawberry layer is covered. Sprinkle more granola and freeze-dried strawberry pieces and slices over the top and place in the freezer to harden.
- Once completely hard/set, cut your bark into pieces and enjoy!
