Crispy. Crunch. Cauliflower. A triple threat of triple C's! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, these crispy cauliflower bites will have you craving it again and again. That's the power of cauliflower!
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 a large cauliflower head
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup Katz Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs Plain
2 tbsp dried onion
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into florets.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and spices.
Add breadcrumbs to a separate medium bowl.
Dip cauliflower florets into egg mixture. Then cover with breadcrumbs.
Spread cauliflower onto a parchment-lined pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with mayo and enjoy!
