High Protein Chocolate Date Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups dates, pitted
- 4 scoops Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein (Chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Put dates in a bowl of hot water to soften them.
- Grind almonds in food processor and add to mixing bowl.
- Drain dates and blend in food processor and add to mixing bowl.
- Add in protein powder, chocolate chips and mix.
- Add a little hot water gradually if mixture is too dry.
- Roll mixture into bite size balls, and roll in coconut.
