Matcha Protein Chia Pudding

Spring is in the air, and what better way to celebrate than with a protein pudding that's as vibrant as the season itself? With the goodness of matcha, this silky-smooth, protein-packed pudding satisfies your sweet cravings AND fuels you for the day. It's a match(a) made in heaven!

 

Vegan, Plant-Based, Dairy-Free, High-Protein

Ingredients:

¾ cup Nutpods Dairy-Free Half & Half Alternative Almond + Coconut

1 scoop plant-based protein powder (we used Iron Vegan Vanilla!)

1.5 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon matcha 

Shredded coconut to top, optional

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until the chia seeds are completely blended and a thick mixture forms.
  3. Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
