Hold The Carbs founder and CEO, Viktoria Brown is an evid marathon runner and Ironman triathlete. After giving birth to her three children, Viktoria found herself having a few extra pounds on. She started a low carb, high protein diet, but after a few months got bored of drinking protein shakes for dinner on a daily basis. She wanted to enjoy sweets like muffins and pancakes or pizza-dinners again, but couldn't find any alternative products that were low enough in carbohydrates and high enough in protein to suit her diet. She decided to start experimenting and came up with a line of products that could be consumed any time of the day guilt-free and were incredibly delicious. This is how Hold The Carbs was born.
